Hi please watch this poor mailman get attacked by a cat it’s v. important
TAKE IT WITH YOU.
I THINK MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT THIS IS HOW CHEERFUL THE MAILMAN IS. HE AIN’T EVEN MAD.
I wouldn’t be either because this is hysterical.
At the end of the day I would most certainly give up Spring Awakening, which was the greatest experience of my life, to have met you. In this lifetime, if there is anything you need, it’s a best friend.
don’t ever talk to me about harry potter because i’ll either end up getting so over excited i start knocking lamps over and shit or i start sobbing uncontrollably
Casual reminder that Nani was on her way to becoming a Professional Surfer before her parents died and she had to drop everything to look after Lilo.
I apologize, I don’t mean to deter from the heart breaking and yet heart warming message,
Nani has a poster of Mulan on her wall.
#NEVER FORGET #this is such an under rated wonderful perfect scene #one of my favourites of the show #because Erica might have gotten what’s conventionally considered ‘hot’ once she got the bite #and she might have seemed more confident and fierce #but she always had it in her #she ~exuded it once she was a werewolf because she felt like she was allowed #and that says //so much// about the shit heads she must have gone to school with #the ones who filmed her having a seizure instead of helping her #they made her feel like she had to do this under cover of darkness #she wasn’t protected and she wasn’t welcomed by her own classmates #i resent the idea that she was somehow supposed to be nice to anyone once she felt powerful #she damn well should have been allowed to thrive on it#because she //always// was #and the people around her didn’t try and help her celebrate it or make her feel safe #IT MAKES ME WANT TO SCREAM FOR HER#FOR EVERY KID THAT FEELS LIKE HER #she wants to prove something to //herself// #it’s not for anyone else to witness #once she’s a werewolf and she feels like she actually //can// take on anyone she’s ok with people seeing it #she’s ok with messing with them and talking about exactly how she feels #and why the heck shouldn’t she because no one was there for her before #and this is why i love this scene #this is Erica //alone// but taking it in stride #she still has herself #she can still be brave and fierce and //try// something #she doesn’t go down without a fight#she //never// went down without a fight (x)
Project for my Social Psych class last semester. This poster series was created to 1) challenge these internalized stereotypes by bringing them to the viewer’s attention and 2) expand the range of role models by including a diverse group of women. Each poster follows the same basic pattern: a woman who has demonstrated her competency in a particular area refutes the stereotype that appears above her in the form of “Girls can’t …”. While the posters target girls ranging from children to young adults, I expect the message would also cause people outside that demographic to question their own beliefs about women and power. I designed each aspect of the posters with several principles of social psychology in mind:
“For three weekends, 47 Dachshunds, more commonly known as Sausage Dogs, will attempt to solve the world’s Human Rights issues.”
this was so fucking important
